We have reached the semi-final stages of Euro 2008 and by the time you read this you will know one of the teams for Sunday’s final.
The Germans await the winners off tonight's other semi-final and whoever wins that one will must fancy themselves against this German side.
Spain will face the might of Russia who it has to be said completely played the Dutch off the park on Saturday night. Forget the the first game these two teams played when Spain ran out comfortable 4-1 winners – tonight's game will be a different ball game completely
This Russian team have flair and like to play ball to feet football and in Andrei Arshavin they have one of the best players on show. This guy was banned for the first two games and since he came back into the fold the Russians look a different team.
Spain beat a poor Italy team on penalties on Sunday night to at last break their penalty hoodoo.
Will coach Luis Aragones start with Cesc Fabregas tonight? The Arsenal man impressed on Sunday when he replaced Xavi, who could well miss out.
He will start with prolific duo Fernando Torres and top tournament goalscorer David Villa and I think that is where this semi-final could be won or lost.
If the those two strikers turn up against this Russian defence tonight then SPAIN (6/5) look too good to turn down.
Other bets that catch the eye are Spain (-1) 7/2, Torres to score first goal 9/2, or to score at anytime at 13/8.

Spain @ 6/5 is an absolute certainty in my opinion.
The fact is Spain tanked this team 4-1 in the group stages and although Russia have improved markedly with the return of Arshavin, one man doesn't make a team and I can't see the outcome changing tonight. Russia are missing a couple of key players through suspension tonight too.
Against an unusual poor Holland Russia looked good but they couldn't defend set pieces for toffee and Spain will be aware of this. Spain don not use the wingers to throw balls into the box because their 2 strikers are like dwarfs but when they have a corner or a free kick in and around the Russian box expect to see Puyol, Ramos, Senna etc. all getting forward to test the dodgy Russian defence.
I fancy Spain strongly and I also fancy them to keep a clean sheet. I'll go for a 2-0 Spain win.
Arsenal are considering replacing Emanuel Adebayor with Peter Crouch - LMAO!!!
one man does not make a team...is that right... take ronaldo out of uts and replace him with darren fletcher see what happens you fool
So Utd are a one man team?? Catch a grip!
What about Rooney, Tevez, Carrick, Hargreaves, Nani, Anderson, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, Van Der Sar etc.
What a plank you are!!
what about them.take the boy ronaldo out and are you telling me they would have won the league and european cup.NO!
TAKE A.N.OTHER OUT AND THEY WOULD PROBABLY STILL HAVE WONE BOTH.
one man team if i ever seen one.
42 goals grom midfield.he won most of their games with his brilliance alone you tool.
wake up and smell the coffee
Didn't they say the same about Arsenal and Henry??
Utd will still win the League this season whether Ronaldo stays or go's.
He would never have scored the 40+ goals if he hadn't have had the top players around him that he did! You are obviously a Utd hater and know FA about football!
Nani? (having a laugh) what the hell did he do last season - he was awful in the Euros as well!!
i've forgot more about football than you will ever know my friend.
Utd hater...no!! definately not!
but i know a one man team when i see one.Take a close look at his goals this season.A mojority of them he made himself.what a player!
As for arsenal being a one man team when henry played.Of course they were. What have they won without him?
nothing.the emerites trophy cabinet is empty.
I rest my case.
What did Arsenal win the last copule of years with Henry??
Your deluded. Ronaldo is clearly Utd's best player but to say that they are a one man team is farcical!!
you dam fool!!!!
they won
premiership 2003-2004
f.a cup 2005
charity shield 2005
then he left and they have won nothing since you baloon head.
